Double throttle cum check, 2TCL10AB are meant for controlling flow in one direction in circuit by simple throttling of flow. Reverse flow is free and is independent of throttle condition in opposite direction in same path.

Double throttle check valves model 2TCL10AB are meant for controlling flow inone direction in circuit by simple throttling of flow. Reverse flow is free andis independent of throttle condition in opposite direction in same path. Thevalve is available with throttle check valve facility on either AB port.These are non-pressure compensated flow control valves and thereforeoffer constant flow for a given setting, only if the pressure drop across thethrottled passage is constant.The valve can be converted from meter-in condition to meter-out conditionby simply rotating the body along its longitudinal axis by 180 degree, whilebeing installed.Rotation of the throttling screw in clockwise direction, increase the pressuredrop in the path.For locking the setting, a check nut is provided.For production of the setting, a protective cap is provided.

Description: These modular valves are available with the pilot operated check valve facility on either A or B or both A and B ports. The hydraulic opening operation for free flow in reverse direction is achieved by means of internal pilot pressure available from the other working port. To ensure proper closure of both valve poppets, both user connections should be unloaded when the control valve is in the neutral position by connecting with the return line.
