Atlas Copco Expands API

Atlas Copco has acquired CPC Pumps International Inc. Based in Burlington, Ontario, CPC Pumps specializes in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of custom-engineered, API-610 compliant centrifugal pumps.

CPC Pumps will become part of the Gas & Process Division within Atlas Copco's Compressor Technique Business Area. It will keep its name and remain as an independent brand.

"The acquisition adds complementary assets to our portfolio and strengthens our market position."
